The "VSOP" was produced in Mauritius at the Saint Aubin distillery. It was distilled from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still and then aged for 4 years. The rum has an ABV of 42%. The rum smells like Flowery, Fruity and Vegetal, and on the palate there is Licorice, Sugarcane and Volatile.
