Diamond Kill Devil (The Whisky Barrel)
The "Kill Devil (The Whisky Barrel)" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Hunter Laing. It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 17 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 54,4%. This is a limited release and there are only 216 bottles. 2 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.7/10. The rum smells like Nutty, Chocolate and Barrel, and on the palate there is Spicy, Vanilla and Caramel.

11.06.2021 A nice evening with some friends at the beach bringing some nice rums. Notes Light in colour. Nose Light wood, light nutts, dried fruit, faint floral, light citrus, plum. Palate Spicy, light smoke, faint caramel, licorice, light olive, salty, light mint. Finish Medium long, wood, licorice, light mind, light citrus, raisin. Extra note. ABV not as well integrated as the 2004 release.
