The "RDL6" was produced in Guadeloupe at the Bonne Mère distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Romdeluxe. It was distilled in 2014 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 4 years. The rum has an ABV of 58,3%. 7 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.3/10. This destillery is very small so not that many releases. They do however produce a very decent rum. The nose is fruity with molasses, wood and cinnamon. A very fresh nose actually. The palate is fruity with molasses followed by spices and a nice woody note. There is a caramelized touch to it as well. The finish is medium long with wood and fruits and a bit of tobacco in the back. Price to quality is very good.
