Very sweet bit still a bite in the end. Not exactly a flavour bomb, but comes with some unique subtle tones of something earthy. It is my first Peruvian rum, so it may be characteristic of that. Interesting but to me it needs some more character and flavour to take it higher.
Initial smell of banana, that get taken over by a complex taste of spices. All around very interesting.
