The "Panama 11 Years" was produced in Panama at the Don José distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Vinothek St. Stephan. It was distilled in 2008 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years 8mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 53,5%. This is a limited release and there are only 298 bottles. 4 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.3/10. The rum smells like Caramel, Nutty and Malt, and on the palate there is Caramel, Roasted and Spicy.

Wunderbarer Rum aus Panama. Angenehm würzig, vollmundig, nicht zu süß. Für eine Top-Bewertung etwas zu viel Column Still Flavours und etwas zu bissig am Gaumen. Macht trotzdem Spaß! 🇵🇦🥃

Reminds somehow of croissants filled with Nutella 😄On the nose nutty-roasty, caramel, baking spice. This harmonizes well with the bourbon barrel note. Similar on the palate, nutty-spicy, caramel, chocolatey, barrel. Really tasty stuff! Many thanks for the sample to Vienna!
