The "Fiji Rum" was produced in Fiji at the South Pacific distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was distilled in 2001 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. Palate Light oily, faint wood, fruity, light floral, spice, light spicy, light marzipan. Finish Medium long, warm, light wood, fruity, faint floral, light oily, faint citrus, light cinnamon.
