The "SéRum Elixir" was produced in Panama at the Panamá Province distillery. It was distilled from Sugar cane juice with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 8 years. Being an elixir, this one is extremely sweet(obviously). But let me get to the point: The taste is awful; the same as smell. You can smell and taste the camomile, honey. Not the best combination. Being a person who dislikes both, this one is a no no for me. The finish is zero to none which is actually good as you really do not want to feel the taste longer than necessary. For the sake of this review I have tasted this one again but boy I will never, ever do it again as it gives me a shiver down my spine. I will leave the remainder of the bottle to my wife who likes it very much. Reaffirmation: Never again. One of the worst things I had tasted.
