sehr schöner komplexer Rum, das tropische Mayan-Ceiba Holz bringt unglaublich schöne umami Noten nach gegrilltem Speck, flambierter Ananas und Gewürzen mit rein. wirklich sehr gelungen und elegant. Könnte nur etwas mehr Power vertragen.

Tolles Geschmacksprofil. Pflaume im Speckmantel als Trinkerlebnis. Eine Bereicherung für jede Sammlung.

Ich persönlich finde den Alux deutlich besser. Dennoch wie alle cihuatan mega zugänglich und total lecker. Ich finde er verhält sich "ruhig" im Mund, wenn man das sagen kann. Lecker und angenehm!

Honestly surprising. At first the smell tricks you into thinking it is a very strong alocoholic rum - it overwhelms your senses to the point it may make you sneeze! Then comes the taste. Absolutely smooth with a sliver of spiciness on the tongue. As far as rums go, this is a good one and is well appreciated neat on rocks. Does not hit my top list as due to the variety of tastes I could barely identify the flavours. Still it is a rum to appreciate if you meet it. Would not recommend it to new rum drinkers.

Ein milder Mittelamerikaner. Früchte, Karamell, Ananas, Leder und ein bisschen Pflaume. Absolut solide mit einer guten Komplexität und einer Rauchnote im Abgang. Dem hohen Preis wird er allerdings nicht ganz gerecht.

Würzig im 👃 und nicht sehr beeindruckend. Der Geschmack ist jedoch viel besser, süß, Vanille, Nougat, Karamell und Nüsse. Das einzige Problem, das ich mit diesem Produkt habe, ist der Preis. Meiner Meinung nach ist er zu hoch für das, was er mit 40 % Alkoholgehalt bietet, was ein Grund für den kurzen Abgang ist.

Ein insgesamt gut abgerundeter Rum mit einem öligen Gaumen. Die Vorhänge im Glas sind wirklich schön und bleiben lange. fruchtig und süß mit Karamell und Schokolade sowie leicht gerösteten Holznoten.

Insgesamt ein weicher und angenehmer Latino-Rum. Es handelt sich um einen 16 Jahre alten Rum, der 15 Jahre lang in Ex-Bourbon-Fässern aus amerikanischer Eiche und ein Jahr lang in Ceiba-Fässern aus Maya gereift ist. Er ist fruchtig und rauchig mit Aroma und Geschmack von Vanille und Pistazie.
