Then it gets spicier.Alcohol is great presence all the time and warms with irrepressible staying power, really unusual for 48%.Recommended purchase, although there is a slight drop in performance on the palate. Top rum.

Super weird. But delicious in its own weird way.

The smell is slightly sweet, with adhesive parts and wood, quite heavy and slightly dirty, very aromatic.The taste is spicy, oily, slightly fruity and woody, also somewhat alcoholic. A whole own delicious rum from Down Under.

My mouth and brain are a little fried after tasting 4 rums before this, but it delicious. Having some trouble pulling out what’s unique about this, but it is different and will definitely try again when given a chance.

Fruchtige Nase, leichter Schwarztee Abgang. Ziemlich lecker 😀

#5037 08.01.2025 Enjoying a few samples at home. Nose Light wood, light roasted, light tar, fruits, light anise, light berries, faint rubber, faint nutts. Palate Round, light wood, light berries, anise, light salt, faint apple, cinnamon, faint tar, light nutts, light chocolate. Finish Medium to long, wood, fruits, light apple, spice, light chocolate, faint salt. The empty glass has stronger Apple, light mint, light anise and light rubber.

A fresh floral-fruity scent pours into the nose. Currant and cherry, also something exotic tropical. And a slight almond note. Pleasantly sweet, slightly fruity. But by no means as fruity fresh as the nose. It goes ehr in the direction of spicy, caramelized, woody. The rum still gets a nice chamomile-black tea note.Pleases me well.

Wow, what a great rum. An exciting floral note on the nose that later becomes herbaceous and minty in the mouth. Generally very and exciting with many facets and the 48 revolutions are a perfect match. Delicious!

Ok rum, nothing special, a little fruit with wood and pepper.

Guter Rum, aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich ihn kaufen würde. Dennoch bleibt er ein einfacher und zufriedenstellender Rum.

Ein eher braver Rum, dessen Nase eher von Feinschmeckernoten getragen wird: Vanille und Karamell im Vordergrund. Auch eine schöne Holznote. Ein leichter Geruch von Früchten. Im Mund ist er zunächst sehr würzig. Der Rum ist ölig. Man findet die Marker der Nase mit mehr Früchten, vor allem Birne. Der Abgang ist holzig und leicht bitter, wie Zitrusfrüchte. Nett, aber nicht verrückt. Trotzdem ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Interessantes Profil für Beenleigh. In der Nase findet man die üblichen Äpfel und Tee, diesmal mit etwas Ananas und Kokosnussraspeln. Er ist ziemlich holzig und leicht schmutzig, mit einer Tendenz zu Benzin. Schöner Duft. Der Geschmack ist weniger ereignisreich als die Nase vermuten lässt. Er ist leicht gewürzt, aber Äpfel, Birnen und Kamillentee überwältigen das Holz und das Benzin, und er wird dadurch ziemlich flach. Ein hervorragender Einstiegsschluck, bei dem man ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erhält.

Had mixed feedback after offering it to some friends. It is quite spicy which is not for everyone but i think the peppery notes are well balanced with some fruit and caramel for the young age. Regarding the very low price it‘s a good buy.
