Mixed Nice mixed Slight complexity Surprising it’s from Cuba

Nice Sipper, complex, coffee, woody, nutty. don't mix, takes some the enjoyment out But at this price mixed might be ok

Mal was ganz anders aus Trinidad. Sehr starke citrustöne im Geruch und Geschmack ohne dabei künstlich zu wirken wie beim pyrat

A rich taste with woody, caramel and fruit aroma's. A little sweet, with a touch of bitterness. A nice long aftertaste. Very easy on the tongue. I enjoyed it very much!

On The Rocks: On the nose lots of nuts with a little fruit and spice. The smell is a little more unique with this rum. Taste is strong Nutty notes with dark chocolate and some slight bitterness. This flavour trails off into a long finish with the bitterness with slight nutty notes. This is a very interesting rum with a more unique flavour profile. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose slight caramel sweetness with mild nutty notes. Taste continues the caramel and nutty notes with much less bitterness and overall is very smooth and enjoyable. You could enjoy this rum nicely either way.

For a moderate price you get a harmonious rum that integrates the darker notes typical of Cuba well and impresses with a smooth overall impression. Probably slightly sweetened. Nose: Nice scent of dark fruits (plums, raisins), plus subtle sweetness, nuts and present vanilla. Palate: Noticeably sweet and smooth-creamy on the tongue, with caramel, nuts, cocoa and some tobacco/leather. At the end it becomes drier and the oak spice comes through subtly. Finish: The finish is not particularly long. There is a subtle spice and at the end the aroma of dark chocolate emerges.

Unfortunately, very artificial and sweet. Disappointing.

Bei der zweiten Verkostung war ich überrascht, weil ich neue Aromen am Gaumen wahrnahm. Ein sehr angenehmer Rum mit angenehmen Noten vom Fass. Mittlerer Abgang und leider zu niedriger Alkoholgehalt. Der sehr niedrige Preis spricht für ihn.

Nez assez fruité, malgré le "faible taux" d'alcool, légèrement piquant. Vanille et caramel également. En bouche, je ressens plus les notes boisées du fût et fruits secs mais toujours un peu de douceur "caramel". Finale moyenne.

Frisches und fruchtiges Profil. Ziemlich süß, aber das leere Glas ist wirklich schön.

Un rhum léger sur des notes de café/chocolat légèrement torréfiées.

Bastante bueno y agradable. Lo compraría de nuevo

In der Nase Vanille, etwas Leder, gebrannter Zucker, Karamell, Schokolade, Fass, ein Hauch von Tabak und Trockenfrüchten, nicht schlecht. Am Gaumen ist er delikat mit Holz, Leder, Karamell, Vanille, Tabak, Schokolade und im Abgang eine feine Zitrus-/Säurenote

A slightly fruity, woody aroma, a little spicy, with some sweetness in the background. Some vanilla, caramel and wood on the palate.
