The "Demerara" was produced in Guyana at the Enmore distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Silver Seal. It was distilled in 1988 from Molasses and then aged for 30 years. The rum has an ABV of 47,9%. This is a limited release and there are only 80 bottles. 3 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.8/10. Not very often that I meet a 1.5 liter magnum bottle ant pouring from it isn't easy at all. A nicely balanced rum with roasted wood in the front and fruits, licorice and some chocolate. The empty glass was even better after an hour or so.
