The "Single Cask" was produced in Jamaica at the Worthy Park distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Valinch & Mallet. It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 55,3%. The rum smells like Toffee, Caramel and Chocolate, and on the palate there is Leather, Smoky and Spicy.
