"Clearly fresh Agricole on the nose with the typical grassy, herbal aroma with lime, sour green apple, yoghurt and brine with a pleasant intensity. On the palate with flavors of green chili (towards unripe cayenne) and green pepper, as well as some vegetables and a good portion of sugar cane. The alcohol should be a little better integrated for drinking straight. Ideal for cocktails. The finish is spicy, even a little salty with a tropical fruit note that I would attribute to papaya and honeydew melon. Overall, I like it very much, both neat and as a fresh kick for cocktails."
