Mezan Long Pond Single Cask
The "Single Cask" was produced in Jamaica at the Long Pond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Mezan. It was distilled in 2000 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 18 years. The rum has an ABV of 57,26%. This is a limited release and there are only 247 bottles. 7 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.5/10. The rum smells like Banana, Ester and Tropical fruit, and on the palate there is Ester, Tropical fruit and Leather.

04-05.11.2022 Den Danske Rom & Whiskyfestival 2022. Another return to this big event where many people go to get drunk. Once again we had a special event for a select set of people. Notes. Nice rum especially thinking about the price tag. Fruity and fresh with nice ester level and a spicy/warm palate. Long and medium dry finish. Love the minty touch in the profile.
