It was distilled in 2012 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 7 years 2mo. The rum has an ABV of 52%. "This weekend was very busy because I've been building a new shelf system for my 250+ bottles so my Saturday and Sunday tastings haven't been added :-) I love Cuban rum because it goes well with Cuban cigars. This one has a long velvety finish. "
