The "Panama" was produced in Panama at the Don José distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Silver Seal. It was distilled in 2000 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 15 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. Palate Light, wood, light smoke, caramel, light chocolate, orange, faint coffee. Finish Medium long, wood, chocolate, light caramel, dried fruit.
