"Bought me a 5cl sample of this rum from Rhum Attitude before it completely disappears from the market. It’s a limited edition of just 1250 bottles. It comes from a 2013 single harvest from a single plot of land. It’s not really aged for 2 years, but it has rested for 2 years in some kind of tank while slowly reduced down to ABV 40%, and then bottled in 2015. I believe it could be a perfect introduction to unaged Agricole’s, but for me it’s a little bit too kind."
