The "Swell & Co. #19 Gaston for Passion Rhum Bielle" was produced in Marie Galante at the Bielle distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Swell de Spirits. It was distilled in 2014 from Sugar cane juice and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 53,5%. Pas très objectif comme avis, mais voici mon impression détaillée (bouteille malheureusement vide dès le samedi soir, pas de photo dédiée) : N : canne, fraicheur, menthol, réglisse. Gourmand, frangipane, chocolat au lait, vanille. B : texture riche & huileuse, menthol, réglisse, boisé type cognac > fruits jaune, abricot, prune. Sur un lit de chocolat noir. F : longueur moyenne, bois blanc, réglisse.
Goûté lors du RhumFest Paris 2025. Encore un Bielle embouteillé par Swell. Celui-ci a un profil étonnant pour cette distillerie. Un côté pâtissier connu mais aussi. des notes très fraîches, de réglisse et de menthol. Alcool bien intégré. Très cool.
