It was distilled in 2012 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 9 years 7mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 50,6%. Fruchtiger JM, der im ersten Moment an der Nase fast an einen TDL erinnert mit Frucht (Pfirsich, Passionsfrucht) und etwas Minze. Am Gaume etwas Apfel dabei und das Agricole Gewürz kommt dann auch langsam.
Sehr schöner J.M, mit recht hohem Reifegrad. Sehr intensiv für 50%, dazu wirklich ansprechendes Aromenspiel. Tolles PLV.
