Travellers Kill Devil
The "Kill Devil" was produced in Belize at the Travellers distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Hunter Laing. It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. This is a limited release and there are only 389 bottles. 7 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.1/10. The rum smells like Sweet, Toffee and Vanilla, and on the palate there is Sweet, Caramel and Toffee.

This was my first try of a rum from Belize and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Overall it is enjoyable but not particularly complex or interesting. Smooth and alcohol well integrated. It reminds me of a slightly sweeter Bajan rum.
