Quite simple and sweety on the nose with dried fruit. Oloroso gave it nice chocolate, cocoa and nutty hints, but I can't help, it also gives me an impression of something weirdly musty that never fully dissapears. Woody and caramel notes develop with a bit of time. It gives away its agricole character more in the taste as the cane juice notes are present with notable woody notes, spices and earthy herbals. But it also carries over bit of the chocolate and nutty notes from the nose. The alcohol is well integrated, wouldn't guess brut de fut. Overall nothing special going on here, but for a 3 year old quite good. Oloroso is nicely present.
