It was distilled in 2023 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for Unaged. The rum has an ABV of 56%. Amazing unaged Rhum, my favourite of the ones I tried in 2024. Agricole (sugarcane juice + column still) but with a rebel soul due to the long fermentation, this rum has been tailored by Anna Ostrovsky for Whisky Club Italia from blue cane sourced in Guadeloupe. Blue cane typical fresh (mint) and agrumes notes are the main flavours I can use to describe this rum, but I've to mention also a floral trait along with yellow fruits. Moreover, the body is thicker and rounder than usual sugarcane column distilled rums thanks to the longer fermentation and the higher volatile parts concentration.
Il rum prodotto per whisky club Italia è un grande rum non invecchiato. Speziato, caldo e avvolgente con una virata su note più vegetali che lascia la bocca fresca e pulita. Credo che sia stato fatto un gran bel lavoro
