It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 64,9%. Very funky, you can perfectly recognize the characteristics of Fiji. There's a hint of spiciness on the attack, which isn't very pleasant, but which is quickly erased by very greedy notes of tropical fruit. There's a pleasant smokiness. The finish is magnificent.
