It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 58%. The rum smells like Leather, Solvents and Peppery, and on the palate there is Crisp, Peppery and Green fruits.

Fruity and very sweet style pm really amazing stuff and good balance in alcohol
A very high quality rum with classic Port Mourant flavours. The palate is crisp, fruity and fresh with a hint of pepper and caramel while the finish is dominated by rubber, medicine and waxes. A rum with many layers. An aqquired taste but interesting.
Rum church 10/23. Classic PM but with a twist: very fruity and sweet. Drinks a bit hot for 58% but this is delicious!
