The "L’Exception" was produced in Guyana at the Uitvlugt distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Famille Ricci. It was distilled in 1992 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 32 years. The rum has an ABV of 56,4%. This is a limited release and there are only 190 bottles. 2 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.6/10. The rum smells like Almond, Woody, and on the palate there is Nutty, Almond.

Road Rummers S8 T5 Ricci tasting Almond in the nose with lots of wood. Nose stings a bit. You van tell by smell and taste it's old. Endless finish. Personaly not a big fan of Uitvlught profile, but this is easy drinking. No complexity though so this is waaaaaaaaay overpriced.
