The "2007" was produced in Barbados at the Mount Gay distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Rum Shark. It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses and then aged for 16 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 67,3%. This is a limited release and there are only 252 bottles. 17 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.9/10. The rum smells like Vanilla, Polish and Milk chocolate, and on the palate there is Vanilla, Milk chocolate and Roasted almonds.
