The "Plantation Haiti 2010 (Spirit in the sky)" was produced in Haiti at the Distillerie de Jeanty distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Maison Ferrand. It was distilled in 2010 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 40,1%. 6 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.9/10. The rum smells like Ester, Marzipan and Intense, and on the palate there is Smoky, Herbal and Eucalyptus.
