"5,9:On the nose it is nicely filled with overripe tropical fruits as banana, maybe banana peel, a bit roasted, is an agricole, slightly mineral, spicy, a bit smoky and vegetal with an olive, brine and sea prawns. Aeration brings out some metallic touch. 6:On the palate is sweet with overripe banana, perhaps banana peel, roasted, a bit bitter, dry and as an agricole, slightly mineral and smoky. We might think, that we drink a punch. We can feel a powdery touch of this rum. There's also some spiciness and vegetal notes with olive, some brine that is less intense as on the nose, later with a whiff of vanilla and tea. 5,9:The finish is medium length, as overripe banana stays a while, is dry, roasted and vegetal with olive and tea. Simple, but ok."
