Dieser Bar 1802 Special Edition Nobilis Diamond ist ein sehr liebenswerter Savalle-Still-Rum, der alles hat, was ich an einem Demerara-Rum mag: dunkle und verbrannte Noten, Tiefe, Fülle und einfach Trinkfreude. Er hat nicht die Komplexität von 9+ DDL Rums, aber wenn Sie das Profil von RX12775 Nobilis mögen, werden Sie diesen Rum lieben. Ich mochte ihn so sehr, dass ich die Flasche gekauft habe. Ich war mit einigen Freunden unterwegs und stellte fest, dass dieser Rum eine großartige Flasche ist, um jemandem zu zeigen, worum es bei dunklen Demeraras geht, ohne den Schwierigkeitsgrad zu hoch anzusetzen.

Just the right rum for a warm Saturday evening. There is hardly any alcohol on the nose, but lots of malt and little liquorice. On the palate, however, it's the other way around: I taste less malt than licorice, which unfortunately doesn't last long in the finish, but the 65.2% really bites there. I like it a little less than the Diamond 2008 from the Rumclub (Spirit of Rum), but it's still a rum of a high standard.

A powerful, opulent Diamond that plays on roundness. The nose is in the perfect spirit of Demerara, dark with notes of cocoa and roasted coffee, roasted wood, leather, tobacco, dried fruit (raisins, prunes) and almost burnt caramel. The nose is homogeneous and deliciously easy-drinking. The attack on the palate reveals the hidden face of this Diamond, a beautiful power that warms the palate but gives a comforting sensation with the heavy, greedy notes previously mentioned: espresso, dark chocolate/cocoa, dark spices (licorice, winter spices, chili), caramel, red and dried fruits and tobacco offer a concentrated, opulent but terribly easy-to-drink aromatic bouquet. Syrupy and comforting, we don't really suspect more than 65% here. The finish remains long, warm and bewitching, but gives way to more bitterness, more leather and smoky, herbaceous notes that were less noticeable before. On paper, this isn't the most complex of Guyana's rums, but its extreme greediness, coupled with that intense, warm side, will delight fans sipping their rum in a corner of the fireplace on cold winter days.

Integration des Alkohols ist verrückt. Nicht sehr komplex, aber mit Guyana-Noten, die wir mögen (pflaumige Melasse, karamellisiertes Holz, Tabak...), ohne die muffige Seite einiger Guyaner wie REV. Der Preis ist gut für das, was es ist und diesen Abfüller, der teuer sein kann. Schöne Auswahl!

Alles, was eine 1802 Bar hat, ist eine Erfolgsgarantie, und hier wurde es wieder bestätigt. Sehr gut guyana

Really great bomb with intense dark chocolate, raspberries, plums and strong coffee. Very balanced, complex and delicious. My first MDS and definitely not my last. Thanks for the sample Daniel!

#4831 24.08.2024 Enjoying a few samples at home. Nose Wood, light roasted, fruits, pineapple, light varnish, berries, cinnamon. Palate Oily, wood, light roasted, cherry, banana, light varnish, light caramel, raisin, plum. Finish Medium to long, wood, light roasted, light apple, spice, raisin, light caramel. The empty glass has prunes, light licorice and chocolate. A very nice and fruity release.

The alcohol stands out a little on the nose, joined by caramel, chocolate, wood, vanilla, plum and other spices. Intense on the palate, but unfortunately not particularly complex and without any big surprises. The alcohol is also a little too present for me here.

This Diamond from Nobilis is not quite to my taste, but it is still a very good rum. The coffee and chocolate aromas are quite balanced, and a little fruit is also recognizable. However, the nose and finish lack intensity for me
