It was distilled in 2022 from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still and then aged for Unaged. The rum has an ABV of 57%. Goûté au rhumfest Paris, Guillaume nous a très bien accueilli , en nous faisant goûter quelques échantillons de possibles nouveauté. Ce st Aubin pur jus de canne tient des notes plutôt fraîches et agricoles au nez. La bouche est grasse, peps agrume/ poivre rouge et douceur sucre/ anis .
Nez et bouche logique. Profil pur jus classique agréable mais sans surprise : canne à sucre, herbes, agrumes, une pointe d'anis. Les 57° apporte la bonne intensité. A essayer en cocktail, sûrement intéressant.
