It was distilled in 2010 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum has an ABV of 61,7%. Dégusté au salon Multi Verres Spirits à Lyon en février 2025 : très bon, dégusté sur le stand The Exchange Platform. C’est ultra beurré, l’alcool est inexistant. Après ça manque un peu de complexité.
