The "Single Cask" was produced in Martinique at the Depaz distillery. It was distilled in 2003 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 15 years 11mo. The rum has an ABV of 45%. The rum smells like Woody, Raisin and Sugarcane, and on the palate there is Woody, Citrus and Peppery.

#4300 18.10.2023 I'd say the price to quality is very good. I got a few of the simple casks as samples that I look forward to tasting. Fruity, fresh and well rounded with light wood notes. The palate is also well rounded and nicely fruity. The finish is medium to long with some nice citrus notes. Draws nice curtains in the glass and the empty glass has some light coffee and ginger notes.
