The "Rum of the World" was produced in Belize at the Travellers distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Malt, Grain & Cane. It was distilled in 2006 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 14 years 7mo. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 65,60%. This is a limited release and there are only 252 bottles. 1 community member rated this rum with an average of 8.1/10. #4202 Thanks to my friend in Singapore I got some nice samples. I wonder if he had one too many making the labels because there is a speller on alle the Malt Grain labels 😊 This one is nicely balanced with well integrated roasted wood and fruit. It does have to rest for a good while to take the bite and release all the flavours. Warm and oily palate. Draws really nice curtains in the glass and the empty glass has some cinnamon and mint.
