The "Barbados (Indonesia Exclusive)" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Malt, Grain & Cane. It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 63,3%. Closer to classic FS, but a bit more powerful. Full of coconut, vanilla, leather, dark fruits. Opens up beautifully with some water, some doughy, chocolaty notes show up. Long finish. Clear winner tonight!
