The "Diamond Distillery" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond (Port Mourant) distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Elizabeth Yard. It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Double Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 49,8%. Very good Sherry cask integration with the spirit - like Whisky, a good example of a finish or maturation is where you can taste both the cask influence alongside the distillate and its DNA and this is a good example of that 8/10
