The "No2 Jamaica Rum" was produced in Jamaica at the Clarendon distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Ekte Rum. It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 60%. This is a limited release and there are only 270 bottles. 8 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.8/10. The rum smells like Ester, Leather and Pineapple, and on the palate there is Ester, Intense and Citrus.

This one carries a punch in the alcohol and I recommend adding some water because the alcohol has not integrated yet in this relatively young rum. But not bad at all.
Very rounded taste, and not that harsh despite the 60 % ABV, though it should rest for a bit. In the nose it has a high-ester feel. The notes I got was of fruit and wood, and the jamaican funk is present
