CDI Foursquare Barbados
The "Barbados" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 57,3%. This is a limited release and there are only 329 bottles. 2 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.3/10. "Initially it is mineralised with some vanilla and a little bit of pears but kind condensed. After some time it opens up really nice and gets more and more Foursquare-ish with a nice mineral touch. Caramel of all kinds, vanilla, pears and mango. Something for your sweet tooth."
