The nose hits hard with foam bananas and a yeasty element, like freshly made bread dough. There's also lime and a touch of cardamom. The palate has coconut husk, white chocolate and the yeasty note from the nose. It's kinda salty towards the back end. The finish keeps the yeasty, crushed up, freshly made crackers thing and it's got something metallic about it. Old pennies. Overall, very interesting. Starts with a fruity nose then throws you some unusual notes in the palate. A distillery to keep an eye on.
Rich, butterscotch notes, underlined with a soft vanilla bean aroma. Deeper inhalation reveals green citrus notes and digestive biscuits elements. On the palate there is a flash of sweetness, with cream and fruity notes. Evolution does not last, with the finish providing a short but pleasing warms with a spicy finish.
