"08.12.1984 This was my first tasting of pure rum and where my trip of sipping rums began. I have a lot of funny notes about my first tastings and we didn't give points but stars. 5 stars was the perfectly balanced rum and I hav converted the stars into points. Back then I was only able to pick up the more general flavours and luckily that has improved over the years. This tasting came at the giant cost of DKK 49.95. This particular bottle could be purchased for 129.95 Notes i have. Medium dark in colour. Cloves, caramel and some dried fruit. Palate had wood, caramel, vanilla and was sweet. Finish Was short with caramel and vanilla. 3.5 Stars."
