The "Small Batch" was produced in Reunion at the Isautier distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Velier. It was distilled in 2006 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 15 years. The rum has an ABV of 57%. This is a limited release and there are only 3600 bottles. 5 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.6/10. The rum smells like Orange, Peaches and Herbal, and on the palate there is Caramel, Banana and Peaches.

#4012 This release is slightly better than the other 15 year old one that I found a bit off. Nice fruit and roasted wood with really nice caramel side door. There is a light herbal note in the profile and the empty glass is really nice.
