CDI Diamond Guyana

The "Guyana" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. This is a limited release and there are only 347 bottles. 9 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.0/10. The rum smells like Burnt sugar, Licorice and Dark, and on the palate there is Molasses, Velvety and Bitter.

    "unglaublich bitter-fruchtig-süßes Biest von einem Guyana Rum, verbrannte Früchte, Holz und viel Piment und andere Gewürze. den muss ich unbedingt in einem Guyana Swizzle testen! nach wie vor für mich einer der ausgewogensten diamonds die es bis jetzt gab. die meisten anderen sind mir deutlich zu holzig, bitter und lakritzig. Macht dafür aber einen gigantischen Corn'n'Oil!😅"
