It was distilled in 2006 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 16 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 59,6%. Palate Light oily, wood, light roasted, fruits, clove, light cherries, light chocolate, light caramel, light mint, light earthy. Finish Long, wood, fruits, light tobacco, light oily, light spicy, light mint. The empty glass has light mint, chocolate, light cherry and spices. There is a nice natural sweetness to this rum once it's rested for a while."
