The "Papa Rouyo Brut d’Alambic 120 jours" was produced in Guadeloupe at the Papa Rouyo distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler La Maison Du Whisky. It was distilled in 2022 from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still and then aged for Unaged. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 66,5%. This is a limited release and there are only 1130 bottles. 20 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.8/10. The rum smells like Citrus, Sugarcane and Apple, and on the palate there is Floral, Dry and Lemon.

I didn’t take any notes at the Rhum Fest so a more detailed review will follow as soon as I get the chance to sample this rum again in a better context.
#4062 Also a very well priced rum looking at the price tag. Fresh and fruity with nice floral notes and a lightly dry palate. In the empty glass i can pick up perfume like notes.
