Superb guyana rom von Plantage! Schokolade auf dem Geräusch sofort, aber im Glas entwickelt es zu mehr funky fruchtigen Geruch. Der Geschmack hat die gleiche Entwicklung. Fast 9/10 für meinen Geschmack.

Deliciously chocolaty, Great rum as an avec or with a cigar. Also, I will always make ONE daiquiri with any rum, and with this, it’s a delicious one.

Eine süße, runde und gebäckartige Nase. Im Mund mischt sich ein sehr blumiger Aspekt mit der Süße von Karamell. Er ist gut, aber es fehlt ihm an Charakter.

The nose is fantastic. On one hand it’s very sweet, pastry-like with fruit and almonds. On another pass it’s much darker with raisins, banana, oily with a hint of gasoline. I keep going back to it. Nice sweet entry, vanilla, dark fruit and robustly round tasting. Moments of dried and toasted nuts, and towards the back a bit of tobacco . Hint of smoke? It all dissipates quickly but nicely into a not too long finish starting with chocolate and spice and ending with a more vegetal bias, the chocolate reforming as more bitter cocoa. Ashy eucalyptus.

Wenn man sich den Preis ansieht, bekommt man viel für sein Geld, wenn man diese Flasche kauft. Er unterscheidet sich ein wenig von dem regulären Guyana, und zwar auf eine gute Art und Weise. Die Nase ist leicht fruchtig mit Vanille, Nüssen und Kakao sowie leichten Aromen von Gebäck.Der Gaumen ist süß und fruchtig mit Melasse, Blumen, Nüssen und Vanille sowie Tabaknoten.Der Abgang ist mittellang und warm mit Gewürzen, Lakritze und Schokolade.Lassen Sie das leere Glas für ein paar Stunden und whif es wieder 😊.

Solider Rum, es fehlt ihm an Komplexität aber das PLV ist sehr gut. Ein easy Sipper.

Petite dégustation au calme chez le copain Guigui. Au nez c’est plaisant avec pas mal de coco vanille et chocolat, la bouche suit avec quelques épices en plus. La finalement également, moyennement longue. Très sympa.

Ich habe nicht viel Erfahrung mit Rum aus Guyana, aber dieser hier ist anders als die, die ich schon probiert habe. Er ist weniger üppig. Die Nase ist recht angenehm und wird von Schokolade, Holz und Rosinen getragen. Der Mund verwirrt mich ein wenig, denn er beginnt mit warmen Noten von Schokolade und Holz und geht dann schnell in eine bittere Phase über, um dann wieder zu getrockneten Früchten zurückzukehren. Ich stelle mir einen recht bissigen Originalsaft vor, den das Cognacfass abrunden muss.

Fruity in a way that one does not normally associate mentally with DDL products. Unctuous nose with fruit, nuts, and olive oil notes, plus the suggestion of a hay field. Fairly delicate body like a cognac or just a sweet white wine, with lots of fruit notes - watermelon, strawberry, apple. Honey sweetness emerges giving the sense of mead. After 30 minutes or so breathing time, some richer molasses notes emerge on the nose and palate, like the pot still component is fighting its way out. White wine/honey finish, perhaps just mead-like.
