"On The Rocks: On the nose a restrained fruit, oak and spice aroma. Taste has an initial mild burn with alcohol and then a wave of fruit, oak and spice that evolves into a more bitter finish. There is some complexity here as the taste evolves over several seconds. Finish is short with a sweet and bitter fruit flavour. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose Dusty with a slight spice. Taste is relatively smooth with a slight sweetness with moderate oak undertones. Finish is a sweet oak that lingers."
