"Sehr erstaunt, die Marke Tamure nicht in RumX gelistet zu sehen! Die französische Destillerie in Polynesien 🇵🇫 entwickelt sich rasant. Dies ist der Jubiläums-Cuvée zum 30-jährigen Bestehen der Destillerie mit einem Blend aus 3 Cuvées 2017 - 2015 und 2010 und einer wunderschönen Verpackung. In der Nase ist er sehr lecker, Karamell und Schokolade mit einem Hauch von Vanille. Der Mund ist absolut außergewöhnlich! Was für eine Integration des Alkohols (viel besser als die Cuvée Hélène, obwohl wir 5ABV mehr haben. Sehr schöne exklusive Cuvée (297btls), die in Frankreich 170€ kostet. Ich bin froh, dass ich ihn erwerben konnte, er ist ein Wunder!!! 💎"

"On the nose, it is rich and intense with hints of milk chocolate, red fruits, leather, cream, warm honey/caramel, roasted hazelnuts, and something floral, wow truly complex and interesting! On the palate, it's woody and spicy (sweet spices, cloves and some peppery notes) within a salty and at the same time honeyed and smooth (salted caramel), which becomes lively in the finish, accompanied by some subtle hints of tobacco and leather. The ABV is perfectly integrated, and in the empty glass intense aged aromas (even after hours from half a meter away). After trying and loving the whites from this distillery, I became interested in the aged versions, and I must say it has far exceeded my expectations 👏. Many thanks to Jaune for the opportunity!" "C'est de la haute couture archaïque. Beaucoup de caractéristiques d'un très vieux rhum martiniquais, avec l'esprit brut de fût en plus. Un nez mélangeant chocolat au lait, vanille et fruits secs, presque sur le pruneau. C'est succulent. Puis viennent des notes de menthol type médicament, suivi de notes cuivrées relevant une certaine acidité, non désagréable. En bouche, du bois noble, du sucre au caramel, des épices insulaires, un côté sucré-salé. Je perçois une compotėe de fraises des bois, façon grand-mère. Une finale moyenne à longue sur du cacao, du vieux tabac à cigare et du bois précieux, exotique. Un assemblage ancestrale et pourtant relativement jeune par les dates. Le jus est très bien construit et mérite qu'il s'oxyde après quelques dégustations. Il y a quelques fragrances qui me parlent mais qui proviennent du vieillissement tahitien dont je ne possède pas toutes les subtilités. Merci Tamure Rhum, un voyage s'impose..."
