It was distilled in 2010 from Molasses and then aged for 11 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 55,9%. Nice Foursquare, but a bit too snarky for me personally.
Vinothek St.Stephan is a wine and spirit merchant from Vienna, Austria. Every year they release a single cask whiskys and rums. This one is a small batch (3 casks, 1st fill bourbon), cask strength 11yo (9years tropical and 2 years continental ageing) Foursquare rum with the price point of roundabout 100€. For my liking it‘s a bit too hot (for 55,9ABV) and too spicy, maybe because of 1st fill casks, nevertheless it‘s a good Bajan rum. The label contains transparent information about ageing and used casks.
