The "Jamaica High Ester White Rum" was produced in Jamaica at the New Yarmouth & Monymusk distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Skotlander. It was distilled in 2017 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 3 years. "Wow, this one is the hammer and it needs to rest for a while before giving it a go. Once properly rested it's an intense and fresh fruit cocktail vith some spices and varnish/polish. Price to quality is very good in my mind."
