The "No. 9 (Versus Wine) PM" was produced in Guyana at the Uitvlugt (Port Mourant) distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Nobilis Rum. It was distilled in 1990 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 30 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 50,5% and the mark is PM. 10 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.5/10. The rum smells like Intense, Vanilla and Licorice, and on the palate there is Woody, Roasted and Oily.

This ia a very nice release and a very well balanced profile. Lightly fruity with some licorice in the profile and I really like the balance with the roasted wood notes and the oiliness on the palate. Price to quality can be argued but it is a good rum nonetheless.
